Attempted Homicide Charge in Penn Repo

Law enforcement in Pennsylvania has charged a man with attempted homicide after firing a gun during a repo of this truck:

Police say the operator hooked up the truck and began to drive away when a woman ran out of the house after the truck followed by a man waiving a handgun.

The man, later identified as 29-year-old Brandon Huffman, fired at least one shot in an unknown direction while the driver pulled away, according to a criminal complaint.

The story does not state a motive (like if the man thought the car was being stolen), but it could be over a carseat for a baby:

The woman told police that she and Huffman were inside when they saw the tow truck in front of the residence. According to the complaint, the woman says she immediately ran outside after the truck because there was a car seat inside. She also claims Huffman ran upstairs before following her outside, waiving a gun in the air.
